The 2009 annual report details the activity of the Linkage Service through 2009 and outlines the aims and objectives for the Service in 2010. This year's report is an interactive guide to the Service and within the report you will find 8 short video clips which both bring our work to life and enhance the readers understanding of the Service. In this report we have featured one of our clients, an employer who offered a Linkage client a placement, the Director of the Small Firms Association, the Chairman of the Linkage Steering Committee and staff talking about their work.
