• Embedding company practice

Many Irish businesses excel in some aspects of environmental, workplace, governance, marketplace, or community involvement practices but are weak in others. Through BITCI, members are encouraged to focus in a strategic way so that in time, every business function improves significantly to benefit company stakeholders and help secure the long term sustainability of the company.

Companies are taken through a Step by Step process to integrating best practice across the business. A series of thematic networking meetings focus on transferring knowledge of proven strategies based on internationally recognised indicators and tailored to reflect the Irish business environment.

Member companies have opportunities to work together on similar areas of interest, spreading know-how and pioneering management frameworks across sectors.
